Ayyy that was neat, managed to get a decent juggle goin' even haha. Rad stuff.
The physics of this game are amazing and feel great on real hardware (tested in gb color and emulation device). I loved both the target mode and the vs computer one. Overall it left me craving for more and will check back for later updates! Great control and graphics! Takes a lot to polish the player's control and you nailed it! Congrats!
Thanks a lot! With the lack of floating point precision it took a lot to get game-feel the way I wanted! Super Smash Bros and Rivals of Aether are my favorite games so I was modeling off of that.
I'm working on a DX update with full GB Color support and extra stages! Hopefully i'll put that out soon.
Same, enjoyed the physics a lot. And the style too. Looking forward to those additional stages.
BTW- which version of GBDK 2020 does this use? My tools indicate it might be an older version (2020.3.x?) but I wasn't sure if they were misidentifying it (and I'd like to fix them if so). - Thx!
Thank you, for playing! I am using 2020.3.1. I haven't redownloaded or updated anything related to GBDK in a while so it makes sense that it's running off on an old version.
Thanks, that's helpful to know!
